Purpose & Benefits
To provide practical support during transition periods, and may include:

One-to-One Mentor Programme

• Complimentary initial meeting
• Six 2-hour face to face development and learning sessions
• Exploratory face to face discussions
• ‘What other’s think’ specifically designed questionnaire x 6
• Completion of ‘fact finding’ exercises and questionnaires offering a 360° view

Plus, ongoing virtual support over a 3-month period with
‘the way forward’ plan.

‘Take 3 Steps’ Workshops

• 4 hour session x 3 step Workshops
• Information and support from Mentor
• Discussion, 1-1 and group
• Delegate questionnaires and exercises
• Individual ‘assimilation’ of data collected
• Develop your personal ‘the way forward’ plan

Delivered on Saturday mornings over a 4-week period.

£150 inclusive for all 3 workshops.
